Sea moss in its raw form is a tough, stringy red, yellow, or purple algae that grows up to six inches high on rocks in tidal pools along the northern Atlantic. Sea moss grows on rocks, it absorbs many of the minerals and other key nutrients from the rocks themselves. It is loaded with life-enhancing nutrients. It contains vitamins A, C, E, K, B1, and B12.
